Coach Alanna found a true passion for fitness starting at a young age. From a well rounded athlete in high school representing her cross country, basketball and lacrosse teams, she went onto college where she chose to continue her love of sports and graduated from the University of Maine, Orono with a BS in athletic training and a minor in nutrition

 

Fast forward to today! Coach Alanna is more dedicated than ever to continued strength/weight training as well as running. She has run numerous races from 5K's right up to the mighty marathon (more than once) and continues to train daily for life. She is dedicated to her sport and stays injury free because she plans-and she wants to help YOU do the same! From the motivated couch to 5K runner all the way up to the recreational or first time marathon, or the beginning strength trainer to the die hard lifter. 

For Alanna fitness and health have become far more than a way of life, but a calling to help others find their way to being the best version of themselves they can be. She started Run Your Life Fitness with exactly that in mind; to create a space where she could help her clients succeed while standing behind her own ethics and values. She believes in an overall health and fitness approach giving you the tools you need to be successful. Small changes everyday lead to big changes in the future. With setting goals, making a game plan, and becoming consistent she can help RUN YOUR LIFE in the best direction possible for your health and fitness journey. 

Certifications: Board certified licensed Athletic Trainer, RRCA Level 1 Running Coach

Experience: Pre & Post surgical clients, D I & D III athletes, high school athletes, weekend warriors, dedicated trainers/runners
