Individualized strength training plan with guided videos and instructions. Downloaded on a free app to you via computer or phone. Month to month and can be done in a gym or at home. 

All personal training includes:
 
Individualized programming geared toward reaching your health and fitness goals,
 Nutrition guidance, recipe and meal prepping ideas, 
Accountability and motivation 

All run coaching includes:

Individualized program geared toward your specific goals, target race(s), and fitness level

Initial 1-on-1 via zoom or email

Running history questionnaire 

2-3 running specific weight training and injury prevention workouts a week

Plans given weekly or bi-weekly on Sundays 

Unlimited text or email communication

Race day prep/planning
